How long does the process take?
My brand packages usually take around 6–8 weeks, depending on feedback and my social brand set up is a shorter project and is typically completed within 2 weeks.
How soon can we start?
It depends on my current availability, but I’ll let you know straight away when we can get started and secure your spot.
Do you design just logos?
No, I don’t offer standalone logo design. I believe you can’t build a strong brand with just one logo. Every design I create is part of a strategic brand identity, so everything works together with purpose and direction.
Can I customise my package?
Yes, of course. If you need something slightly different, I’m happy to tailor a package to fit your business and provide a custom quote. You can also add extras or support as you grow.
What happens after I enquire?
I’ll review your form and come back to you with the next steps. We’ll have a quick call to discuss your project, then I’ll send over your contract and invoice. A deposit secures your spot, and you’ll receive your questionnaire and welcome guide ready for us to begin.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. I know investing in your business can feel like a big step, so I’m happy to split payments to make things easier; it has to be paid in full before final files are released.
